Tips for creating the perfect property tour
STEP 1
Get prepared for your tour 
- Turn on lights open window shades, let the sunshine in.
- Tiddy things up a bit, clear countertops
- Clean mirrors and windows
- Move things around to make it easy to film
- Plan your voice callouts before you start recording
- Keep your tour less than 8 minutes
- Set the phone recording settings to 1080 HD - 30 FPS
STEP 2
Use your phone to make the tour 
We use your voice as you record to create text ‘callouts’ in your video. Use this feature to describe unique elements of the property as you film them. We select 5 photos for the intro loop of the tour at the time of your voice callouts. You don’t have to show the text callout in the video.
Space any callouts at least 30 seconds apart. You can edit or remove these text callouts in the draft we send you.

- We allow up to 3 uploads we will merge for you if you need to stop & start recording (iPhone record video does not pause)
STEP 3
It's time to send your tour to us. 
You are almost there!
Use our upload form to send your tour and provide a few details of the property to be placed at the intro of the video
- Click the 'Get Started' button below
- On the form click Upload tour from your phone
- Locate your tour video on your phone and select it
- Add property name, price, details & your contact info.
- You may upload other tour components like drones, floorplans.. after you submit your tour
- Submit the video, we will send you a draft to edit & review
